What is the Audio Pool?
Our Premium Subscribers have access to our database of professionally recorded last names. A nice feature of the game is the ability to have a member’s name pronounced during the learning and gaming modules – helping to reinforce the member name to memory. While both Standard and Premium Subscribers have the ability to import their own audio recordings, the Audio Pool makes implementation and maintenance of your audio recordings easier. It is only available to Premium Subscribers.
Can I access Member Name Game in any internet browser?
No, Member Name Game is currently only supported using Google Chrome.
Do I have to go through the Learn Module before entering a Contest?
No, you can jump into a Contest at any time, without going through the Learn or Practice Modules.
Practice Module looks just like the Competition Module – is there any difference?
Yes, the Practice Module allows you to play the games for a specific contest without your scores affecting your site points or percentile ranking. Further, your scores in Practice are not recorded or reported to your supervisor. Practice is designed to give you an idea of how well you may perform in Compete mode, and to direct you back to the Learn Module if you do not perform well in practice.
My question isn’t listed here – how can I get support?
Your club employer has designated a primary Club Admin to be the Site Administrator for your club – your inquiries for support need to be directed to your Club Admin. Your Club Admin has access to request additional support from Member Name Game Inc.
