How It Works
Member Name Game® is an advanced software solution that is designed to increase member name recognition by your club’s staff. The program includes four different levels of operation:
- Learn – introduces member photos and names to staff and allows unlimited interaction to create familiarity with your members.
- Practice – encourages staff to play the game in a “practice” mode to solidify their memory of member photos and corresponding names.
- Compete – challenges staff to compete against others for high scores and incentives provided by club management. Solidifies staff recognition of member photos and names.
- Test – allows club management to measure how well each staff member is doing in matching member photos and names. Maintains a history of test scores for each staff member.
The Game
Is actually a series of three different games to provide variety and increased levels of difficulty. Players are awarded for accuracy and speed. More advanced games add challenge and accelerate the pace – making member name recognition automatic with your staff.
How and When the Game is Accessed
Member Name Game® is securely accessed through the Internet. It can be played on a touch screen POS station, a desktop PC or a mobile device, such as a SmartPhone or Apple iPad. For best results the game should be played on a touch screen. Each staff member is issued a unique ID and password, and each session is encrypted to ensure security. Club management can schedule practice and competition sessions during work hours, or staff can practice and compete on their own time.
